Deadtree Design has been making the many benefits of truly custom home design achievable and affordable in the USA, Canada and Mexico for over 30 years. Based in Haines, Alaska and Flagstaff, Arizona, DTD traverses the narrow middle ground between "stock" or builder-designed homes and the well publicized showcases of the wealthy.

The reason it is such narrow ground is that "off the shelf" type houses currently occupy nearly all but the very top of the housing pyramid. Some of us hope to change that by offering more people the rich rewards of a home that beautifully integrates their needs with the site and the complexities of the built environment - a truly custom home.
